Cheese and Fruit Panini -- melted cheese & fruit on a crunchy panini toasted bread…delicious combo! If you love the smell and taste of a buttery, flaky dinner roll hot from the oven, then this is the class for you. Diana is here to pass on her vast knowledge of breads and will teach a variety of different types as she helps you become a master in your own kitchen. We will pair the rolls with a selection of flavored butters you can easily create for a family dinner or a special party.

You will learn a basic roll recipe and shape into:

  • Cloverleafs
  • Fantans
  • Knots
You will also make Honey Whole Wheat Bread in class and Buttery Crescent Rolls plus you will receive recipes for Basic White Bread and Overnight Refrigerator Rolls.
